Sinar is a third-generation, alcohol-free beverage company based in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand. With a long-standing family passion for fermentation, the current generation founded Sinar Brew in 2020 with a clear purpose: to naturally ferment delicious, alcohol-free drinks using tropical fruits grown by Thai farmers.

Our signature product, Sinar Brew Pineapple Cider Vinegar, is naturally fermented from Thai-farmed pineapples. It is unfiltered, unpasteurised, and contains no added sugar or preservatives. Rich in natural nutrients and vibrant fruit character, it offers a bright, zesty flavour that works equally well as a healthful drinks mixer or as a tangy addition to cooking, salads, and desserts.

Driven by continuous research and development, our team is exploring new and enjoyable ways to experience fruit-based cider vinegars. Upcoming launches include ready-to-drink vinegar shots, vinegar jelly sticks, and a pineapple cider vinegar craft soda. We are also developing a premium passion fruit cider vinegar, distinguished by its aromatic complexity and refined, well-balanced taste.
